SHIPPING

Outbound shipping is free … Yippee!!!

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After orders are processed, most purchases are fulfilled and shipped from our Distribution Center within one to three business days after the order placement. Some items are shipped directly from our vendors and may require additional processing time.

In general, you can expect to receive your order in 3-10 business days. In the event of weather disturbances, carrier-determined guaranteed ship times may change. Shipping to some destinations, especially those outside the contiguous United States and rural domestic addresses, require one or more additional business days to deliver.

We may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Items ordered together may ship separately. In the event of a longer delay, we will attempt to notify you by email.

Most stock items shipping via EXPEDITED methods will ship next business day via the method of choice. Shipping method selection determines method of shipping, not the time allocated to processing and shipping out orders.

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to Washington.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take great pride in the quality of our product line. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return most items per our Return Policy and Procedure outlined below.

All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly, with original packaging, and cannot get damaged on the way! We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Return Policy

  • For Amy & Aly manufactured products, returns are free and shipping costs will be paid by hip2travel. This includes hipsi belts and buckles, pophipsi pendants, iphone charger wraps, and LuggageGrips. For all other products, shipping return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • An original or copy of the Packing Slip must be included in the package (so we know who it came from!).
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. a percentage off, dollar off amount, free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any merchandise purchased as a "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • If you would like an item replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order and return your prior item per the policy noted above.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
